International Christian Concern organized the protest outside the Saudi Embassy. Islam is the official religion in the country and members of other faiths are forbidden to worship publicly or meet in private.

CBN News spoke with a protest organizer about their goals.

"We want the Saudi embassy to see that there are people who are really concerned about this issue, and we want to raise our voice on this unfolding situation in Saudi Arabia," the organizer said.

ICC said the prisoners, including several women, have been mistreated by prison officials.
